Employee name and WhatsApp-registered phone number

Message content related to organizational updates, alerts, or notifications
We do not collect or store personal messages, chat history, or any metadata from WhatsApp beyond what is necessary to send the notification.

3. Use of Information
Information is used solely for sending authorized alerts, notifications, and internal messages from our official systems to employees.
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security
Message data and phone numbers are stored securely on our internal servers, protected by authentication and encryption.
Access to this information is limited to authorized administrators only.

5. Third-Party Services
We use the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API to deliver messages. Meta’s data processing and storage are governed by their own Meta Privacy Policy

6. Employee Rights
Employees may request correction or deletion of their contact data from our internal communication system at any time by contacting the system administrator.
